Sleep Log, Day 1
I’m going to keep track of when I sleep, just to have a record of exactly how jacked up my sleep schedule is. This may be of interest to those of you with morbid curiosity.
Saturday night/Sunday: went to bed around 7 AM. Fell asleep around 8. Woke up at 12:30.
Might end up falling asleep at some point again today.
EDIT: Slept again from 7 pm to midnight.
